Welcome to Old No. 3
Situated amongst St. Vincent - St. Mary High School's campus, Old No. 3, built in 1901, once served the Akron community as a fire station. Today, the building is a Historic Landmark undergoing a complete restoration. Only two buildings share its Italian Renaissance Revival-style design in the City of Akron - The Akron Art Museum and the Hermes Building on Maiden Lane in the center of Akron's Historic District.
Following its restoration, Old No. 3 will be
a modernized, mixed-use commercial hub. The offices of Structura Architects will be accompanied by a casual family-style Italian restaurant where visitors will enjoy stone fired pizzas and fresh baked lasagna. A health and wellness studio featuring dance and Yoga will give residents the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. But that's just the beginning. With 12,000 square-feet of space, Old No. 3 will house a melting pot
of commerce for years to come.
