Selle Generator Works is a 75,000 square-feet facility that is geared towards accommodating growth-oriented companies. It houses organizations that have established their business models and are ready to grow into one of three 25,000 square-feet buildings. The companies that have been attracted here are related primarily to the biomedical or mechanical engineering, mostly because of the building's close proximity to campus. It's a stone's throw from the Polymer Center and the hub of the University of Akron's campus.
